How far in advance do I have to book?
We recommend you book your tour at least 48 hours in advance. If we have openings, we can accommodate last minute requests as well. Please give us a call and we will do our best to schedule you and your group in the next available tour.  

What should I wear?
We recommend you wear comfortable attire, sunscreen and easily removable shoes as we kindly request that you remove them prior to entering our vessel. 

How long is the tour? 
The tour last 60 to 75 minutes. 

What time should I arrive? 
We ask that you arrive no later than 10 minutes prior to your tour time. For instance, if your tour is scheduled to depart at 10am, please arrive no later than 9:50am. 

Where do I meet the boat?
You will meet at 10900 Chase Road, Windermere, FL 34786. The sign reads "RD Keene Park Ramp". Do not park in the lot near the playground. Continue driving to the end of the park, where you will see a circular drive. Please park in the grass area along the fence line. If you are facing the ramp, the parking area is directly behind you.  

Are there bathrooms on the boat? 
There are no bathrooms on the boat. There are two bathrooms at the pickup location. There is a public bathroom near the playground area of the park, and there is a port-a-let at the boat ramp.  

Can we bring our own food and drinks? 
You may bring your own water and snacks if you wish. We kindly that you stick to clear liquids in case of spillage. 
 
What water sports are available if I rent the boat? 
Should you book a private charter you may waterski, wakeboard, wakesurf and tube during your rental period at no additional charge. All equipment and coaching is included. 
 
What about inclement weather? 
In case of bad weather tour will be rescheduled. Florida storms usually pass quickly and we can generally still conduct a tour or continue charter. Please call 407-866-3429 to determine if your tour is still being held.  
 
What ages can go on the tour?
All ages are welcome. Children under 2 are free and must remain on parents lap at all times. 

Do we need to wear life vests? 
Children under the age of 6 must wear a life vest at all times. 
 
Do you have life vests for all ages/sizes?
Life vests are available for all guests that wish to wear one. 

Does the price include a tip? 
Tipping is not included or required, should you feel your experience was tip-worthy you may reward our captain as you wish. 

What if I don't show up? 
If you do not show up for your scheduled tour you will not be refunded. Tours may be rescheduled if requested at least 48 hours in advance. 

Can I  bring my pet? 
Pets are not allowed in our vessel.

I am pregnant, can I book a tour? 
We ask that all expecting mothers refrain from taking our boat tour as it may get bumpy on occasion. 

Are you licensed and insured? 
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured to conduct boat tours and coach water sports.

How many people fit in the boat? 
Our vessel can hold up to 12 guests. 

Can I bring a weapon? 
We kindly ask that you do not bring any weapons or tools that may be harmful to yourself, other guests or our vessel.

What is the cancellation policy?
Tours may only be rescheduled if contacted 48 hours in advance. If we must reschedule due to weather, we will make every effort to find a suitable alternative. There are no cancellations or refunds.
